Chapter 5138such as client%u2019s self-determination. Organisation B was pleased that CCA coaches supported not only the pilot teams in using NAF, but also other teams, which might fuel broader adoption of NAF. Although organisation C struggled with implementing NAF in the pilot teams, they did experience success mentioning NAF in educational meetings about the CCA. And finally, organisation D was pleased with the positive feedback on NAF: %u201cWe asked the team and three behavioural specialists: %u2018How do you see the use of this tool within the organisation? They were all very positive. Several options were mentioned: for training purposes and to inform new staff members about involuntary care. They acknowledged their initial lack of awareness regarding the significance of implementation at the beginning. Throughout the process, they realised both the importance and complexity of crafting a tailored implementation plan. Implementers valued the opportunity to share and discuss the plans with fellow implementers.Implementers learned that implementation interventions rarely go as planned and need constant adjustment. They appreciated the CoP meetings, and support from the facilitators (EB and NF), because this kept them going and motivated to implement NAF. Furthermore, implementers found information shared by researchers about implementation helpful, especially because it was immediately linked to their next steps. Also, the ItFits-toolkit, and the strict time schedule, dictated by the scheduled meetings of the CoP and deadlines for executing interventions, helped participants to stay engaged in NAF implementation. Ultimately, implementers recognised that the three implementation interventions would not result in full implementation of NAF. They discussed future ideas to sustain NAF in their organisations.
