Community of Practice as implementation strategy1375practices with NAF. Organisation D agreed and used this in contacting team leaders to explain why it was important to motivate their team for NAF. Furthermore, discussing the choices for tailored interventions gave insights into similarities and differences between organisations. For example, the implementers of organisation A (behaviour specialists already involved with these teams) planned to inform care staff about NAF in a team meeting, thereby immediately motivating them to use NAF to align with the CCA. Organisation B%u2019s intervention was quite similar. However, because behavioural specialists were not part of their group of implementers, and extra step needed to be taken to inform this layer of the organisation. Reflecting on executing implementation interventionsImplementers mentioned the need to think ahead when designing an implementation plan and to adjust interventions during implementation. For example, due to the CoVID-19 restrictions, organisation A needed to adapt their informational interventions, as implementers were not able to join care teams. They contacted team leaders about NAF and informed all behavioural specialists. In organisation B, implementers switched to an online meeting and an additional e-mail. Furthermore, challenges with executing implementation interventions were discussed. In two organisations (A, D) scheduling was a challenge. The implementer of organisation C had trouble reaching care staff about NAF or received socially desirable answers, giving the impression that NAF was not on care staff%u2019s mind. In organisation B the intervention came into jeopardy due to the departure of one CCA coach. Implementers also reflected on the uncertainties regarding the impact of their interventions. For instance, even though implementers in organisations C and D successfully sent their emails, they remained uncertain about whether care staff had actually read these.Loosening CoVID-19 regulations by the Dutch government helped implementers in executing their tailored educational interventions. In their reflections they were positive about the progress with implementing NAF.
