                                    Chapter 5136Tailoring implementation interventionsIn line with the guidance of Proctor et al. (2013) implementers tailored the informational, motivational and educational interventions to their organisational contexts. Table 3 provides an overview. Table 3. Practicing with NAF with an example of involuntary care.The informational intervention was used again. Care staff were invited to visit the e-tool NAF and give attention to themes as client%u2019s behaviour, resistance, and perspective. Repetitive use of NAF in team meetings. The aim is for the team to understand how the tool works, so they will be able to use it independently. Organisation B Implementers organise a meeting to inform the support triangles (team coordinator, manager and behavioural specialists who support care teams) about NAF.Implementers explain the e-tool NAF to CCAcoaches, who use NAF in care teams. The aim is to let care teams discover the added value of using NAF.CCA coaches discuss how NAF can be used in care teams in the future. Team leaders and behavioural specialists will be asked what they can do to implement NAF.Organisation C The implementer sends an informational e-mail about NAF to personal e-mail of care staff. The implementer calls care staff and behavioural specialists to motivate them for NAF by pointing out the added value in taking clients%u2019 perspectives. Inspiring examples will be merged in an e-mail to motivate care staff. The implementer will participate in an online team meeting to explain NAF. Organisation D Same as organisation C. The implementer will call team leaders to explain why the organisation needs experiences with NAF to motivate them to invite care staff to use it on a case in their own practice.Collecting feedback on the use and added value of NAF from care staff and behavioural specialists. How could be applied within the organisation? Formulate advice on use of NAF for work processes the organisation. In CoP meetings, implementers discussed, explained, and compared their tailored interventions, leading to refinement and fresh ideas.
