Chapter 340Materials and methodsInformation sources and search strategyThis review followed both Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses and Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines to structure the report [8, 9]. A systematic search of the electronic databases Medline (through PubMed), Embase and Scopus was performed on 30 October 2020. In addition, the reference lists of included full text and excluded reviews were hand searched for additional articles. Search strategies were defined together with a medical librarian (RS).
