ASCs treated with extracts from coated Mg were able to differentiate in smooth muscle cells (Green: phalloidin, red: SM22α, blue: DAPI) , adipocytes (oil red) and osteoblast (alizarin red). Different effect happened in cells treated with c. Mg were cells did not survive and as a result of it they did not differentiate.
