Cerebellar function and ischemic brain lesions in migraine
Block-design test. A total of 202/282 (72%) participants (82 MA, 62 MO, and 58 controls) underwent the block-design test. The scaled score (primary endpoint) as well as the raw score and percentage within the highest tertile of scaled score (secondary endpoints) were not signi cantly different between migraine patients with or without aura and controls (Table 3). Participants with cerebellar ischaemic lesions (n= 9) did not perform worse than those without (Supplemental table). Participants with FMH1 (n=12) obtained signi cantly lower scores on the block-design test than the other three study groups. None of the participants with FHM1 was in the highest tertile of scaled scores (Table 3).
