Chapter 4102The implementation intervention Educational Meetings (EM) was observed within the implementation of MDET, in the form of workshops based on Video Reflection Training (Meadows et al., 2020). The intervention Reminder (R) was used to prompt support staff to perform or avoid an action. The implementation interventions Marketing and Mass Media were not found in the data of MDET.To get a practical insight into the implementation process of MDET in complex long-term care a description of the application of these implementation interventions can be found as supplemental material to this paper.
