To my dear Behnam: Thank you for all your kindness, support, and encouragements, which helped me keep working on my studies and papers while I was in Montreal. Thanks to you, I had a happy time during my stay in Montreal and never felt lonely. Even after I returned to Iran, you kept motivating me to keep on and never give up. To my precious sisters, Sommy, Nasim, Nasrin, my brother in laws, Salman and David, my nephew Alireza, and my little niece, Tina. Tina, you can already read, so I’m writing this for you. You were often my motivation to keep on when things went wrong. I would forget all my worries and concerns only by looking at your face and seeing your smile. You are “eshghe azizam”. Alireza, you are almost my brother and not a nephew. You always cheered me up and helped me get through difficult times by making jokes and watching comedies like Maz Jobrani or “The Office” together. I love you so much! My dear sisters, there are no words to explain how much you mean to me. Your never ending support, encouragements, and guidance was an essential component to me fulfilling this degree. I can never express how much I love you, care for you, and am happy to have you in my life. Dear “Salman jan”, you are definitely like my real brother.
