These results highlight the protective effect of the Mg-coatings and its contribution to decrease the rate of release of Mg ions. Moreover, no significant differences in -logEC50 or Emax were found between the four groups (Fig.7), implying that the remaining ECs where similarly responsive to Bradykinin.
