TiCl4 vapor into the H2-contained plasma resulted in the appearance of various emission lines relevant to Ti radicals, indicating that the dissociation of TiCl4 vapor also occurs in the presence of H2. Table 4.2 summarizes radiative transition information for the prominent emission lines observed in the spectra.
