mixing with the background argon and water vapor can be reduced. Therefore, in this study it is roughly assumed that plasma properties are close to pure argon discharges. However, detailed modelling is required to elucidate the real contributions of the water vapors to the plasma properties, which is out of the scope of present investigation.
