DISCUSSION
In female RA patients trying to conceive, we found that preconceptional serum AMH levels, corrected for age, were lower than those in healthy controls. AMH levels were signi cantly negatively associated with ACPA positive disease. Serum AMH levels did not show a signi cant association with the TTP in RA patients, not even when used as a substitute for age.
