Results of the univariate and multivariate analyses are detailed in table 4. The three clinical profiles (moderate HR1.6, 95%CI 1.3-2.1, p<0.001) (unfavorable HR3.5, 95%CI 2.9-4.4, p<0.001), the KPS (HR1.9, 95%CI 1.6-2.2, p<0.001) and the presence of visceral metastases (HR1.5, 95%CI 1.3-1.7, p<0.001) were shown to be of influence on survival. The Frankel classification, the number and location of the spinal metastases and the presence of brain and extraspinal bone metastases did not influence survival.
