In addition, we examined associations between brain and behavioral responses, in which we were specifically interest to what extent behavior was associated with neural activation. To this end, we added noise blast to the model including all 2 and 3-way interactions with condition and wave. Results were inspected with type III ANOVA’s using Satterthwaite’s method. Significant main effects of condition were further inspected using least-square means, with Kenward-Roger corrected degrees of freedom and Bonferroni adjusted p-values.
