In chapter six we performed a clinical and technical validation of [18F]FCH in PC. 1 Therefore, we compared image quality and quantitative accuracy of PET/MRI and PET/
CT systems with identical TF PET gantries, using phantom and clinical studies.
In chapter seven results are generally discussed and summarized, including the
perspectives.
