life than their healthy peers. Our low intensity, multidisciplinary, outpatient group treatment, Go4it, had small but beneficial effects on the health related quality of life of obese adolescents. This study shows that an intervention program targeting a healthy lifestyle among obese adolescents can improve their quality of life.
