This final design was accomplished through an iterative process where all feedback and ideas of participants were used in consecutive designs. If there was no consensus, alternative design versions were created. Iterations were carried out until strong consensus among the participants was reached. Ultimately, the design was tested with a new group of participants, which led to some final minor alterations, indicating the design was suitable for low literate users. 67 3
