Open treatment of unilateral mandibular condyle fractures in adults
Figure 1 shows a flow diagram of the inclusion process. First, two authors (RB, AR) screened titles and abstracts for the potential relevance of the retrieved articles in a primary review process conducted in accordance with PRISMA criteria.23 Second, full articles were retrieved and relevant articles were designated for inclusion. Disagreement was resolved via discussion with a third person (LD). The included articles were critically appraised using a checklist with key criteria.24
