in the Swiss Alps. Marianne, Ellen, Jeroen en Stefan, thanks for not complaining about the late hours and weekends I spent on this thesis. And Marianne of course thanks for taking care of many, many tasks to keep the family running and the house maintained. This allowed me to contribute to the organisation of the Celebrate festivals and empty my thoughts at the soccer pitch together with my VVB 35+ friends and celebrate several championships as a coach with ‘my’ girls. You know how to balance my life.
