RESULTS
The analysis provided a theory of the role of visual art materials in art therapy assessment, which is presented in Figure 2.
Figure 2 shows that ‘material interaction’ was the core category in the developed theory because it interconnects with all of the other categories. This core category will be described before elaborating on the individual categories in relation to the core category. ‘material interaction’.
