Basic rules to design the inside work
• Set up files in A4 size or standard book size (no letterformat!) • Check structure of inside work
• Determine the styles
• Odd pages start on the right, even pages on the left
• Chapters start (preferably) on the right side
• Always put in blank pages
• Landscape pages, top turn left, also on left-hand page
