Time between Laboratory obtaining the diagnosis (TX) and notification at the LHC/GGD (TRL)
Notification delay
Time between laboratory test confirmation and notification to LHD/GGD (either D3P or D3X)

Time between Notification at the LHD/GGD (TRL) and Report to the RHD (TRR)
Regional reporting delay
Time between Report at the RHD (TRR) and report at the NHD/RIVM (TRN)
