Formal elements
Description
Movement refers to the amount, character and direction of the movement. Movement becomes visible by the brush marks.
Dynamic refers to ten- sion (tectonic) within the art product. Dy- namic varies between static, restrained and calm and fast, turbu- lent, energetic and forceful. It refers to the vitality of the move- ment made.
Contour refers to
the delimitation that emerges when shapes are outlined or are placed straight next to each other. This leads to rigid distinctions.
